Roast Beef Bruschetta

8-9 slices Roast beef (very thin) from your favorite deli – keep in fridge til ready to assemble

Your favorite baguette, sliced diagonally (about ¼ - ½ Inch thick)

Place baguette slices on a baking sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Broil on high ‘til toasty for about 2 minutes.  Remove.  

Mix some horseradish with mayonnaise, add a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper, and put in a Ziploc baggie. 

When ready to serve, place appropriate size roast beef slice on each baguette.  Drizzle with the horseradish sauce or place a dollop in the center.  Optional capers.
