“Wine is the only artwork you can drink”

The Terroir

Dense volcanic soil forces the vines to work harder to find water and nutrients, promoting smaller more flavorful grapes. In addition to the soil, our vineyard’s slight grade helps to create a natural water run off, further straining the grapes to produce the intense, jammy fruit desired in the finest Cabernets.

  • The Barrie Estate is situated in the heart of Sonoma County’s wine country. High in the rolling hills, our terrior lends itself to creating concentrated, low yielding fruit. (Only 90 cases)

  • Inspired by the rich and complex flavors of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Our intention: combine Cabernet’s desirable nuances with the light bodied, everyday drinkability of a Rosé.

  • An extension of our home, the Vineyard is treated with the same care and finesse. Committed to environmentally conscious farming, we strive to minimally impact the land around us.
